Become a TOC member
- TOC members are low or moderate-income parents, grandparents or guardians with children in the New Haven Public Schools (includes Project Choice, charters and pre-school). TOC is led by parents – This is YOUR organization.
Become a TOC ally
- TOC allies are individuals who do not meet the membership criteria but support the organization’s mission and would like to be informed about TOC public meetings and actions, issue campaigns, and opportunities to be involved in TOC’s efforts.
